On Saturday, March 18th, the Brussels Optimist Club held their 18th annual Spring Dinner & Auction. The proceeds raised throughout the evening have been donated to the Brussels & Grey Fire Departments, as well as to 4 local hospitals…one of which is the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation!
The event was sold out! The dinner, which was catered by Cardiff Catering, was delicious. The silent auction, live auction and other activities were quite entertaining and very successful. The evening was fun-filled and the support from the community was absolutely astounding.
The Clinton Public Hospital Foundation Board of Directors is very grateful to the Brussels Optimist Club for including our hospital as a recipient of a portion of the proceeds raised from the event. On April 12th, the Brussels Optimist Club presented the foundation with a cheque in the amount of $4000.00. On behalf of the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, a sincere thank you goes to the Brussels Optimist Club for their hard work and generous donation to our hospital!
