On Thursday, December 6th, the Clinton Lions Club attended Clinton Public Hospital to present the Foundation with a share of the proceeds from their Chase the Ace fundraiser. Directors of the Foundation are pictured here accepting the donation from Lions Club members in the amount of $4000, which will be used towards the purchase of a new Digital X-Ray Unit for the Medical Imaging Department at the hospital.
The Chase the Ace fundraiser took place over 21 weeks and ended with an elimination draw until the Ace of Spades was revealed and a winner was determined. Tickets were sold at various businesses throughout Clinton and from Lions Club members.
The Clinton Public Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and staff would like to extend their appreciation to the Clinton Lions Club and to those who supported their fundraising efforts. We are truly fortunate to have such a caring and compassionate community! Thank you!
