A refresh of the Medical Devices Reprocessing Department and Operating Room was identified by HPHA to be a necessity at Clinton Public Hospital this year.  In order to achieve compliance with recognized standards, renovations are planned for the operating room at Clinton Public Hospital, which are scheduled to begin in December.  The purchase of equipment and instrumentation is also required to support various surgical procedures provided at our hospital, including orthopedic, ENT (Ears, Nose, Throat), cataract, urology and endoscopy.  The estimated cost for this project is $607,000.

The Clinton Public Hospital Foundation set a goal to raise $40,000 towards this project at this year’s CKNX Health Care Heroes Radiothon and we are so fortunate to be able to announce that we have received more than $60,000 in donations towards our Radiothon goal!  We are truly grateful to have such a compassionate community supporting our hospital!

Traditionally, we recognize our Radiothon donors on the CKNX Health Care Heroes Radiothon website.  However, with Gala being cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions earlier this year, the Foundation has decided to recognize those who have made donations to the MDRD/OR Refresh Project, based on their donation level as follows:

  • Bronze Donor ($500.00-$999.99)
  • Silver Donor ($1,000.00-$2,499.99)
  • Gold Donor ($2,500.00-$4,999.99)
  • Platinum Donor ($5,000.00-$9,999.99)
  • Diamond Donor ($10,000.00+)

The Clinton Public Hospital Foundation is honoured to recognize those who have contributed to this project.  Your generosity is truly appreciated!
