Impact the future of healthcare in your community by creating your own fundraiser.
Whether it’s as simple as a lemonade stand, or as big as a golf tournament, every effort helps to keep our local healthcare strong.
Hosting your own third party fundraiser with proceeds to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation is also an incredible way to honour a loved one, or commemorate a milestone in a meaningful way.
As an individual, group, business or organization, you can make a significant contribution to CPH and the health of those in our community. Please read our Third-Party Fundraiser Guidelines and complete the Third Party Fundraising Event Proposal and Agreement therein. Once both the proposal and agreement have been completed, feel free to forward along to the Foundation Office either by mail, in person or by email. Please contact the Foundation Office for approval, prior to using the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation’s name in any event.
